For rent is a clean 3 bedroom condo in Grenelefe Resort in Haines City Florida. Approx. 20-25 minutes from Disney. Alos in october of 2011 a new park called legoland is opening up within 10-15 minutes from the condo.
Very peaceful and private. Condo is actually 2 adjoining units with separate entrances and adjoining with walk thru door like adjoining suites. It is approx. 1600 square feet and outside porches to sit outside also. There is a fully stocked kitchen as far as utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator etc. Also the smaller unit is called an effieiciency with a small closet kitchette with a sink, refrig, and electric stove top. there are 4 full size beds and 2 pullout sofas . Also avaiable close to to condo is shared washer & dryer with coin operated machines for your use.
Also there is cable tv and pool shared pool at the resort. It has golf couses that are on the resort and other golf courses nearby. Very Private and safe for family vactions.WIFI & House phone & cable TV.
It is family owned and we are renting by the week (7 days /6 nights for $ 350.00 . Peak season is availble. Great for family vactions, golf trip with the guys or just a relaxing week in florida without the craziest of the disney area. Its nice to drive home to have a peaceful and quite time after the disney experience.
