A company is seeking for a bilingual English/Japanese Customer Service/Outside Sales in Freight Forwarder/Logistics industry. Must have a valid driver’s license, Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply for this position. Freight forwarder/ Logistics or Import/Export Trading work experience is mandatory. This is a full time position Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, non-exempt with basic benefits. Interviews start NOW
Duties:
-Taking import/export documents
- Follow up with vendors in air/ocean department
- Maintain warehouse orders
- Handle customer orders
- Some Labor work heavy lifting is involved in warehouse
-60% Customer Service 40% outside Sales
-Report to branch manager
Skills:
-Must speak conversation level Japanese
- AA or BA degree
-over 1 year of working experience Freight Forwarder/ Logistics industry
- Basic computer skills/ Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation: 40k non-exempt with basic benefits
