We are a modern repair shop looking for additional advisors to keep up with our demands. A service advisor is generally the face of the shop. You meet and greet customers, record their concerns and then generate the estimates to sell it to the customer.Service Advisor:This position is a sales position with emphasis on integrity. The advisoris responsible for identifying the needs of the vehicle (from the customer andthrough the Preventative Maintenance Inspection), preparing writtenestimates for the work to be performed on the vehicle, and presenting thoseneeds to the customer. Perform progress checks with technicians and parts vendor.Candidates must possess:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAblity to quickly learn and adapt to a structured system andmethodology.Face-to-face retail and customer service experience.Clean, neat appearanceComputer literacy.
