...CYLINDRICAL WEIGHTS each 1/2 lb of metal for insertion into weight belts or vests. 5" long each piece. 20 pieces. $13
...DISC WEIGHTS: individually as noted, or take all the disc weights for $18
..GOLD'S 3 lb metal DISCS for weight lifting. One pair. $10
..SMALL metal DISCS for adding to weight bar each 1 1/2 lbs. $5
..METAL STOPS with screws for tightening to prevent weights from slipping on hands or off bars. One pair of red weighing 1/2 lb each. One pair of black weighing 1/2 lb each $5 for all four.

.....EXERCISE BALLS. Three inflatable balls. Blue one measures about 16" diameter. Red one (Bally brand) is about 14". Gray one about 20" diameter. Blow up easily and air plugs with pull out stoppers. Heavy duty thick plastic with ridges. Take the red one for $8 and will throw in the blue one (which loses air gradually). Gray one $10. Kept inflated, can let air out for transport.
