Consider joining our fast-growing team to take your career to the next level!Currently seeking Physician Liaison/ Business Development for full time or part time.Responsibilities:Responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and sales plan to maintain and grow referrals for providers and/or physician practicesExecutes initiatives related to increasing loyalty and preference to the practice affiliates among internal and external provider referral sources.Responsible for building new client accounts; servicing established business and maintaining long term relationships with current and prospective clients/physicians (podiatry, family doctors, OB/GYN, PCP etc).Ability to organize community events to promote the practice and generate patient leads. May require some weekend events.Deliver in person marketing collateral to physiciansEstablish a connection with physicians and medical staffQualifications:Minimum of five (5) years' experience working with physicians/providers, medical practice office staff, or other medical specialties required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong initiative to be able to work independently to meet and exceed sales quotaStrong, clear speaking voice and great communication skillsStrong presentation skills and ability to persuadePassionate and positive attitudeCompetitive, creative spirit with a desire to make things happenCommitment to standards of good business practiceBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related sales field desiredProficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and especially proficient in Excel to be able to various data points and formulasProficient in managing CRM dynamic systems to maintain contact and intelligence on prospects and clientsAbility to travel around the Chicago Land area, Wisconsin and Indiana up to 80% travel.Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
