Base: $68,000
Target bonus $40,000
Bonus is capped at $90,000
Top reps make $150,000-$160,000
Benefits: 401(k) Plan which provides a company contribution of up to 6%. In addition, after one year of service, employees are eligible for Retirement Plan, to which the company contributes 6% of eligible pay. By combining the company's contributions to the 401(k) and retirement plan, employees can receive up to 12% of eligible pay from the company towards retirement. Duties:
• Responsible for managing the business of an assigned sales territory and achieving product specific quota attainment through POA execution of sales product interactions while providing service for all company products; managing a territory and calling on physicians, hospitals, surgery centers and retail pharmacies
• Functions independently in sales territory
• Makes all day-to-day decisions on sales calls, territory management and administration, handling customer service issues and implementing marketing plans
• Managed care support and formulary implementation
Requirements:
2-5 years of current pharmaceutical sales experience
Documentation of sales success/documentation
Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or greater
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
