  • Job Description

    • Maintain high level of product knowledge for all company promoted products promoted within the Institutional franchise
    • Demonstrate high adaptability and flexibility in responding to the day-to-day needs of the Sales Training function
    • Develop and implement product specific program content
    • Maintain a sophisticated level of clinical expertise on company products
    • Facilitate classroom training
    • Prepare institutional sales representatives to educate physicians of hospital administered products
    • Mentor and coach representatives
    • Work with marketing teams to develop POA workshops, incorporate new POA information into all programs, roll out POA information to the department, new product launches

    Base salary: $100,000
    Bonus: $6,000

    Requirements:
    • MUST HAVE a Minimum of 2 years of Current Hospital Pharmaceutical sales experience
    • Previous work experience developing and maintaining institutional business relationships
    • Positive communication and teamwork skills with documented ability to work with coworkers
    • Above average interpersonal, platform and written communication skills
    • Ability to demonstrate goal setting, objective setting and prioritization of tasks -- all must be recognizable from past performance
    • Unquestionable work ethic and leadership skills easily recognizable from past performance

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • High level of product knowledge, coaching ability, facilitation and selling skills
    • Proven planning and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Effective working in a team environment
    • Ability to effectively multi-task
    • Ability to communicate clinical information (including A&P, microbiology, and clinical data)
    • Ability to work with marketing and external vendors in the creation of POA and training curriculum
