WeGotLites is seeking a professional and experienced Lighting Sales Manager for our Staten Island Showroom. Applicant should be able to drive sales, manage a team of sales associates, execute growth plans and deliver outstanding customer service. This position will provide the opportunity to grow professionally and financially by achieving and furthering sales goals.Responsibilities:Executes, coaches and demonstrates growth plans, including sales, consulting services, and education servicesCoaches sales team on the company-adopted sales methodologies to assure value is experienced quickly by prospects and customersSets and reviews performance and sales goals of sales teamWorks with sales teams to meet goals in day-to-day performance, sales, and increased product knowledgeResponsible for recruitment and hiring of staffDirects sales opportunities including implementation plans, which may include the coordination of Showroom Events to drive business forwardInterprets and adheres to sales policies and advises sales teams in the handling of these policiesDelivers timely and accurate sales forecasts to managementDemonstrated leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsExperience:Minimum 5 years of experience in the lighting industryProven ability to motivate team membersSuccess in small/fast-growing company environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to drive sales and company profits
