This position will lead the operations of 4 Car Washes/Lube Centers (2 Staten Island, NY & 2 Cherry Hill, NJ) in the most efficient and effective manor to be productive and profitable. This position will be a strong team lead and provide high quality customer service to car wash customers and employees. This Dsitrict Manager is accountable for overall performance of the business including all P/L responsibilities, sales, recruitment, staffing, operations and marketing. The District Manager will possess a strong focus on customer service, car quality and continuous improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Motivate car wash/lube teams to achieve their best performanceCommunicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employeesMaintain accurate records and documentation as requiredResponsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all timesAccountable for managing the team through opening, closing and ongoing maintenance of the facility during assigned shift. This includes cash control procedures as part of the point of salePromote sales, manage expenses and maximize profitabilityAccountable for overall performance of the team during assigned shiftEstablish, demonstrate and recognize exceptional customer serviceProvide Managers and Employees with the tools necessary to ensure exceptional customer experiences and interactions through exampleWorks with the management team in the escalation for service-related issues, and works to reconcile customer complaints on assigned shift in partnership with our claims manager.Documents all complaints and communicate these to the appropriate teamProvide positive resolutions to challenges and/or concerns from customersMaintain a neat, clean and organized overall site appearance at each locationProvide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfactionOther duties as assigned by the principles of the Company.Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent5+ years of previous multi-site management experienceKnowledge of the carwash/lube business and a mechanical aptitudeMotivated with a positive, and fun attitudeAbility to be calm and think clearly in a fast paced ever changing environmentAttention to detail with initiative, and little need for direction and the ability to multitask effectivelyConduct yourself in a consistently positive manner and be a great team playerProfessionalism, honesty, reliability and ethical standards in all situationsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, QuickbooksMust maintain reliable transportation5+ years of car wash/lube industry experienceDRB SYSTEM experience plusMust be BilingualAbility to handle multiple tasksMust work weekendsMust work 6 days/55hours week-WEEKENDS A MUST!Starting Salary up to $65,000/year (depending on level of experience)Travel expense reimburse2 weeks paid vacation/year
