We are hiring for a full time Physical Therapist at Twin Physical Therapy in Northport. We are a progressive orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office. Join our current staff of Physical Therapists.
Responsibilities:
Upholds all company policies and procedures.
Evaluates new patients logically, thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Designs appropriate treatment plans and clearly completes the flow sheet.
Regularly evaluates regular patients to modify, progress or discharge.
Documents daily for all patients via daily note, comparable sign and/or clinical measurement.
Discharges patients when appropriate.
Completes all documentation accurately and timely.
Actively participates in the training of aide/assistant staff.
Prioritizes patients appropriately according to rehabilitation potential and needs.
Demonstrates understanding of company philosophy when it comes to teamwork and patient care.
Communicates with doctors appropriately.
Cooperates with administrative and front/back office staff.
Requirements:
1- Licensure as a physical therapist in state of New York.
2- Capable of developing a strong rapport with patients and staff.
3- Capable of mastering all clinical skills.
