Organize supply closet and write down missing carrier materials (Enrollment kits, SOBs, etc.)
Create organized broker Files (Digital & Print).
Copy and paste of LHA producers with active licenses.
Copy and Paste individual contact information into a spreadsheet by county.
Update two major spreadsheets that include:
a.Master Broker Appointments? - Input broker appointments processed by Sales operations coordinator and enter the information of the brokers? appointment & carrier for tracking purposes.
b.Master Enrollment Plan- Fax the enrollment to the correct carrier for enrollment submission.
Scan to files
Scan entire enrollment with fax confirmation and file in the Enrollments folder on the J/Drive under the appropriate Carrier>Year>Enrollment Effective date
Answering Main Line and taking messages while staff is away at meetings.
Able to function with or without supervision
Word, Excel, data entry, intermediate to adavance levels
able to use the internet, email, fax, copier and printer
