We are an out-patient facility that has started providing home care services to our extensive patient population.

We currently have 2 PT's and 2 PTA's servicing our home care patients and are looking to add a 3rd PT to help with the growing demand.

This isn't a home bound service. We bring the fundamentals of our out-patient clinic to the patients.
