Description:
Seeking a part time/full time Family medicine/GP Physician for expanding group
in Farmingdale, NY 11735. We need a Physician who can examine patients in a
musculoskeletal setting. Also ideally We are looking for an experienced
provider who can perform Trigger Points injection and some joint injection
work.

We ideally need someone who is licensed already in NY and can start ASAP.
Willing to train as well
