They also seek someone who enjoys client facing responsibilities that include scheduling and prioritizing meetings to the creation of a multiple of important documents in a dynamic and ever changing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and organized individual with strong senior level administrative experience in executive search or a client-driven environment. Responsibilities:· Work proactively and anticipate needs. · Manage a demanding, deadline-driven workload in a positive and proactive manner.· Handle personal affairs as requested.· Daily contact with C-level executives.· Organize and manage daily calendar.· Update internal database to capture important potential candidate information such as contact information, work history and interest level.· Assist Administrative team with work overflow and backup reception coverage as needed.· Assist COO with daily running of the office.· Highest quality production preparation of all documents required for the executive search process that include: PowerPoint decks, client status reports, engagement letters, position specifications, candidate assessments, and candidate references. Qualifications:· Excellent technical skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).. Maintain Calendar, Coordinate travel, and Arrange Schedules. · Strong oral and written communication skills.· Multi-role/level team player.· Highly efficient, organized with excellent follow-through skills.· Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills – able to adapt to changing priorities.· Independent and self-motivated – works autonomously – does not need constant direction.· Detail oriented; ability to connect the dots.· Proactive; strong sense of urgency.· Strong writing ability, values accuracy and excellent proofreading skills.· Effectively manages competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.· Positive “can do” attitude.· Experience in a professional, challenging, client-driven environment.
