If you use dropbox, you may send the link to [email removed] along with your resume.*** The responsibilities of the Senior Vice President, Group Creative Director include: • Lead a internal cross-discipline experience design team to invent and execute innovative solutions and brand experiences that enable progress for our customers. • Manage all projects using Design Thinking principles with agile methods. • Manage multiple work steams, with varying timelines and complexity for multiple clients with authority and passion. • A proven, subject matter expert in the fields of design, information architecture or writing. • Partner with strategists, analysts, researchers and other groups at Citi to co-create Design briefs and set expectations for projects. • Package creative concepts and present to internal stakeholders in persuasive, articulate and compelling ways -- charismatic story telling skills are a must. • Work with the executive Design team leadership and other studio leads in New York, Mexico and Singapore in the overall growth and development of the Design capability across the company. • Manage the career development of cross-discipline resources and be a motivating and inspiring force in the Agency that gets the best performance out of people.Qualifications Experience and requirements: • 10 years of experience designing rich digital experiences that drive results. • Strong and proven leadership skills for multiple teams on complex projects with multiple clients • Experience using the Design Thinking methodology • Must have an award-winning portfolio • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and public speaking skills • Very strong understanding of interaction design, site architecture, and designing intuitive user interfaces and navigation for web sites, mobile apps, mobile web sites • Background in non-digital marketing (Brand and promotional TV and print) is a huge plus.. • Mastery of all creative software packages (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Proto I/O, etc.) About You • You posses a strong curiosity and desire to make the complex clear. • You always keep the end-user in mind when designing a solution. • You have the ability to learn from mistakes and a willingness to revisit past solutions for further improvements. • You have a collaborative working style; focused on getting the best solution rather than your solution. • You are open, honest and direct in your approach to feedback and asking for assistance. • You are flexible, steady under pressure, and willing to switch gears quickly. • You are organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex projects in a timely manner. • You are detailed oriented and can find clarity despite ambiguity. • You have superior written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable presenting.
