A leading luxury e-retailer is looking for a Paid Search (PPC) guru who will be responsible for a number of interesting initiatives spanning PPC, PLAs, comparison shopping engines, and re-marketing. Your thorough knowledge of PPC management/paid marketing will enable you to initiate programs to maximize traffic that not only drive results, but also captures new growth in this hot emerging market.Based out of our Brooklyn office, we are looking for a candidate with focused experience on Paid Search (PPC) initiatives in an e-Commerce environment.Required Skills and Experience:4+ years experience managing PPC/paid search with an online marketing agency or a leading e-retailer.2+ years managing PPC within a consumer goods, e-Commerce environment with a large SKU volume (10k+).Hands-on knowledge and experience of best practices in SEM and a proven track record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint.Hands-on knowledge and experience working with CSEs.Google Adwords Certification.Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional copy-writing and editorial skills.Preferred Skills and Experience:5+ years' experience managing paid search engine marketing campaigns; with 3 or more years in an e-Commerce environment.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.Google Analytics Certification.Experience with behavioral targeting/remarketing campaigns.Decorative plumbing/hardware, furniture or electronics field experienceWhat you will be working on:Manage the day-to-day activities across multiple advertising engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.Keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of ad copy, review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns.Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywording, etc.Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins.Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.• Manage the day-to-day marketing activities across multiple comparison shopping engines (CSEs) and marketplace ad placement including bid/budget management, performance review and optimization.Manage the day-to-day marketing activities across multiple behavior retargeting platforms such as Fetchback and Google Remarketing.Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the team and top executives.Stay current with new advances in online marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword research.Keywords: Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Search, Search Engine Marketing, Pay-per-Click, PPC, SEM
