International law firm is seeking a Technology Training Specialist. DOES NOT HAVE TO BE OUT OF LEGAL! Will be responsible for helping staff and attorneys learn and use available technology to support clients. Seeking reliable self starter and problem solver. Training delivery includes classroom training, webinars, individual coaching, support and document troubleshooting. Will follow firmwide standard Lesson Plans when training, but also contributes to the development of the classroom and CBT training curriculums. Drafts training documents and communications as needed. Provides end-user support on advanced topics. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010-2016 products. Use of Document Management is essential. Must have solid 3 years as a Trainer. Will make problem troubleshooting decisions that involve a comparison and trade-off between cost containment and/or timeliness of service. Identifies conflicts and resolves. Negotiates. Will present content clearly and effectively in an engaging manner in a classroom or virtual room environment using the proper medium (PP, direct demonstrations, video conferencing etc.). Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PP, Peoplesoft, Chrome River, Adobe is a definite +. Must be high energy, take initiative. Must be professional and love getting involved. FULL BENEFITS.
