Paralegal: Personal Injury
Paralegal should have 2-5+ years personal injury experience
EXPERIENCED full time personal injury paralegal to assist 1-2 attorneys.
Experienced in plaintiff's personal injury
MUST be able to draft legal documents and correspondence (demand letters, bill of particulars, responses)
Must be comfortable working in a home office
Must be reliable, stable employment history, and have solid references.
Full time 5 days per week, either 9-5 or 9:30-5:30.
Paralegal should have 2-5+ years personal injury and medical malpractice experience
knows procedural requirements for various types of personal injury and medical malpractice and knows client processes.
good knowledge of processes; accuracy to details; high level of productivity. Provides customer satisfaction.
works as member of a team.
Takes initiative to identify priorities and seek guidance, if needed.
Quality of work product should be consistent, dependable. Demonstrates flexibility to take on different assignments.
Contributes to positive work environment.
