Additionally, you will report and rectify any issues that occur. Above all, you will use your communication and active listening skills to devise meaningful solutions.Your specific duties in this role will include:Runs nightly business critical processes utilizing Excel to track job execution and to update users. Documents problems and actions by completing production logs. Determines the sequence of operations by learning the production schedule.Starts nightly operations by entering commands. Maintains operations by monitoring error and stoppage messages; observing peripheral equipment and enter commands to rectify these situations.Must have working knowledge or familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, System monitoring tools, licensing, IT audits, Unix, Citrix, Windows Server and Opalis is a plus.Process requests from the SGP user community: hardware, software, security, access, etc—resolving issues by working with users and/or vendors. Work with multiple vendors to report, escalate and resolve problems. Requests and troubles are reported via telephone, email or ATG (Automated Ticket Generator).Processes all access requests, termination requests, change request and associated Heat tickets in a timely manner in accordance with Sox rules and internal guidelines. Tickets are completed in priority order.Wireless devices such as iPhones.Job Responsibilities;As a Operations/Help Desk Analyst, you must be knowledgeable, pleasant and professional.
