Our core services include physicals, drug tests, and other medical clearances for employment.For more information, visit: www.MobileHealth.netThe Marketing Campaign Coordinator is a new position created to support Mobile Health’s growth and lead generation initiatives. This position will report to the Marketing Manager, but will require interdepartmental communication and coordination with the Sales Manager and Business Development team.The goal for this position is to engage with new and existing leads and clients to promote Mobile Health’s services and benefits and to provide the Sales team with qualified leads to follow-up on.The position naturally offers a great deal of independence to try new strategies and create new content. This requires a candidate with relevant job experience, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.Essential Functions: As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will have access to using email marketing, social media, PPC advertising, direct mail marketing, content marketing, webinars, and any other creative engagement methods to generate qualified leads.Instead of engaging with individual targets, the position requires mass marketing to several hundred or thousands of targets. This requires segmenting lists into market groups based on industry, geography, size, and previous behavior.And instead of sending a communication blast once and moving on, the position requires regular follow-up’s and engagements based on campaign responses. An average campaign may be expected to last several days/weeks/months.On a regular basis, there may be several campaigns running simultaneously targeting different market groups. Organizational and multitasking skills are incredibly crucial for this position.In accordance with policies and procedures of the organization, the primary functions of this position include but are not limited to:Manage marketing automation platform, Act-On for list segmentation, email delivery, drip campaigns, and content marketing.Engage with Mobile Health’s target market in order to promote our services and generate qualified leads.Execute strategies developed by leadership team, as well as develop new strategies to drive Mobile Health key initiatives.Coordinate campaigns with internal Sales team, and outsourced Sales Development and PPC agency. Competencies:Experience in using marketing automation platform (Act-On, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo)Experience in using CRM system (Salesforce, Sugar, Dynamics)Experience in using Google AnalyticsProven copywriting skills that convert and engage readersStrong communication skills, capable of contributing and leading meetingsKnowledge of finding contact lists for target markets onlineA creative mind not scared to make mistakes, but driven towards valuable quantifiable results.At least 2 years in a similar marketing role is required for this position. Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Position Type / Expected HoursThis is a full time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Rare evening or weekend work may be required as part of the job duties of the work.TravelNo travel is required for this position; however, travel may be required for the purpose of training.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
