  •  Our Client seeks two experienced Change Management consultants for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Oracle), one to be assigned to Finance and the second for the Supply Chain Division. However, depending on project timeline and need, candidates might work within either division. ERP replaces many of client’s existing systems with an integrated system that reduces costs, improves data availability and creates operating efficiency. The role encompasses work within the following major areas of impact for this project: Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Payroll and Timekeeping. The project will affect client’s divisions and employees to varying degrees. As a result, everyone affected by the impending technological and business transformation must be prepared. The project is multi-layered with various workflow phases beginning with the Design Phase and will last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. The right candidates can expect employment for up to 24 months.   The ideal candidates will possess experience in Change Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology (I/O), Organizational Development (OD), human capital domains, with exceptional skill in the areas of data analysis, problem solving, report writing and client/project management. Expert research design and analysis skills are a must, attention to detail and self-motivation are critical. They must have an understanding of change impact across large organizations with centralized reporting to stakeholders and workflow. The change managers will also design and support project teams in integrating change activities into their project plans.     Principal Duties and Responsibilities:   ·         Participating in the implementation consultant (Deloitte) lead design sessions in order to capture and document the change impact. ·         Developing other methods for assessing the change impact and executing them. ·         Manage stakeholders’ expectations and engagement. ·         Developing and validating assessments for selection and development purposes (e.g., structured interviews, non-cognitive measures, knowledge tests) in conjunction with the implementation consultant (Deloitte) and the lead the design sessions. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. ·         Carrying out organizational assessments, making thorough recommendations for change and developing interventions. ·         Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. ·         Designing and leading change management activities through the use of a structured methodology, and working directly with stakeholders on these activities. ·         Recommend early adoption of changes and work flow modifications now to ease the actual ERP transition. ·         Designing and executing job analysis studies. ·         Support the design, development, delivery and management of communication efforts and implementation plans (and supporting materials) to facilitate change management efforts. ·         Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. ·         Keep Executive Steering Committees and Finance Transformation Officer updated with project plan status reports. ·         Design, create and deploy change adoption tools, training, communication strategies (written, oral and verbal presentations) and materials. ·         Lead stakeholder meetings that pre and post go-live of project to ensure proper project acceptance.   Qualifications / Required Skill:   Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or a post-baccalaureate certificate and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 2 years of experience, or a Doctoral degree.   ·         Degree must be in applied social sciences or applied behavioural sciences (Human Resource Development, Sociology, Social Work, Organizational Development, Business Management).  ·         Experience must be in the social sciences (e.g., organizational development, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, social networking analysis, systems thinking).  ·         Some of the experience must be current (i.e., within the past 2 years).  ·         Formal or informal leadership experience is required.  ·         Knowledge of Lean Methodology or other Business Process Improvement systems is preferred.  ·         Ability to synthesize complex findings and detailed research into executive summaries and presentations intended for managerial decisions and/or publication.  ·         Provide high quality customer service to clients through superior technical work as well as effective project management and communication.  ·         Be proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, SPSS.  Have experience in conducting statistical analyses (OLS regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis, RCM, SEM, and HLM) in software packages like SPSS
