We specialize in systems integration, system maintenance and repair, managed services, and VTC and multimedia operations support. Our combination of technical expertise, a client service focus, and strong industry relationships allows us to serve our clients as their technology partners.We are expanding our in-house AV integration capabilities and are looking for ambitious and experienced AV professionals to learn and grow with the company. We are currently looking to add Lead Audio Visual Field Engineers and Technicians to the team. Working with design engineers and technicians, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of complex audiovisual systems. Part of your responsibilities requires maintaining a direct interface with clients including sales engineering, demonstration of new system operations, client training, and obtaining client sign-offs.Responsibilities:Experience integrating and maintaining Audio, Video, and Projection/Presentation SystemsExperience with any of the following control systems: Extron, AMX, and CrestronExperience with some of the following videoconferencing technology: Cisco Tandberg, Lifesize, and Polycom videoconferencing systemsExperience with the installation and configuration of ceiling/wall/table mounted speakers, cameras, microphones projectors, and displays (LCD projectors, plasmas, TV’s, etc.), and screens and other audio visual equipment from various manufacturers.Experience with cable pulling and termination, AV rack fabrication, and wall plates/interfacesExperience support live event audio and video events, presentations, etc. Including the ability to operate a cameraBasic project management abilities to ensure completion of assigned tasks within timeframeWrite detailed reports of service and site visitsResearch and recommend audio visual products and solutionsTools and transportation to be provided by the companyProfessional and manufacturer based training opportunities available.Qualifications:4 to 5-years’ experience in the commercial audio visual industryTechnical degree or related professional experienceICIA CTS designation or equivalent highly desired but not requiredProficient in testing and troubleshooting audio visual systemsAbility to build racks, read schematics and troubleshoot diagnosticAny Extron, Crestron, and AMX certifications/training highly desiredBasic Understanding of Network Topology and other basic IT conceptsExcellent verbal & written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
