Seeking experienced, energetic, senior development manager to partner with the Business to manage a world class, global technology platform in support of Citi's Issuer Services Business. This business comprises structured finance analytics, debt issuance and payments, escrow services, project finance, collateralized debt obligations and depository receipts. The role will encompass the continued evolution, execution and ownership of the technology portfolio strategy in support of the Issuer business. Preferably candidates should have a proven track record in running large scale technology deliveries in financial institutions and ideally (although not mandatory) have relevant domain knowledge and experience in Issuer and Agency & Trust processing. Successful candidates will have general management and leadership abilities with adminis trative experience in managing global systems, running a diverse team of 40 FTE global technology resources responsible for financials, staffing & organization planning, vendor management, Risk Management and Compliance Control. The individual will report directly to the head of Technology for Custody & Issuer Services Technology.QualificationsRelevant experience in managing a product specific portfolio of systems in the banking/financial services environment, including:• Managing a mix of legacy and newer technologies - both proprietary and vendor• Prior experience of working on front-to-back systems including transaction processing systems, workflow, client reporting, data management and messaging and integration with Custody, Cash, Risk and MIS systems.• Systems re-engineering, simplification• Depository Clearing and Settlement • Familiarity with Payments & Cash Processing in a Banking environment• Ability to innovate and lead change
