This position has several principle responsibilities as outlined below. This position reports to the Chief Information Security Officer.Responsibilities include:The Director of Identity and Access Management will be tasked with building the Identity and Access Management Program and ensuring the program is effectively operationalized throughout the enterprise.• Develop and drive the implementation of security best practices and standards to mature the overall IAM program which includes the deployment of an IAM tool.• Work with key business leaders, stakeholders and project teams to communicate the need for IAM and work to integrate their applications into the IAM solution.• Design the integration and implementation of various technologies and systems architectures.• Responsible for the integrity of the installation and maintenance process as well as for ensuring optimal performance.• Assist in Capacity Planning and Performance Management of supported services/technologies.• Work as a IAM champion and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Information Security team and management to provide technical direction, identification and resolution of key information risks and areas of concern which are associated with new application role outs, and continuous improvement to the overall program.• Directly responsible for developing, implementing and assessing IAM procedures and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements, our policies as well as leading industry practices.• Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)for the IAM program and supporting initiatives.Technical Skills:• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, cyber security or equivalent.• 10-15 years' experience working directly in an Information Security or Information Technology department.• 7+ years' experience architecting, designing, developing multi-tiered software solutions in the Identity and Access Management space.• Experience implementing Sailpoint.• Experience with ADFS, SAML, Open ID, WS-Trust, OAuth.• Strong comprehension of Software Development Life Cycle and Configuration Management.• Strong comprehension of multi-tier architectures.• Comprehension of encryption standards and methodologies desired.General Skills:• Ability to work in a myriad of personality types in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.• Highly organized.• Excellent problem solving skills.• Ability to work independently with little direction and/or supervision.• Ability to prioritize and multitask and a work approach that supports flexibility and adaptability, is paramount.• Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization.
