    • Sr. ERP Technical Analyst – Supply Chain’s role is to maintain all Finance/Supply Chain ERP/Ancillary modules. This role is responsible for coordination between third party EDI vendors, our Purchasing partner (GPO) and CHP to make sure that our JIT supply chain system can run effectively. This role is also responsible for enhancing/upgrading ERP/Ancillary systems to stay current with vendor/Industry/Statutory requirements.

      Sr. ERP Technical Analyst – Supply Chain will report to Director, ERP.

      A. ERP/Technical/Service
      ● Demonstrates the ability to perform clinical/technical/service/administrative tasks:
      ● Effectively coordinate the ERPO XM related projects between project teams and support team.
      ● Must have demonstrated 11i to R12 upgrade experience
      ● Must have demonstrated experience with all Financial/Supply Chain modules.
      ● Understand and provide ERP related business solution to client.
      ● Understand and support/integrate Ancillary systems to existing ERP landscape.
      ● Work effectively with DBAs and Change Manager to follow appropriate change control and configuration change management process.
      ● Work effectively with Oracle support to resolve issue and escalate issue if necessary.
      ● Make sure that all Finance/Supply chain custom processes are well documented and easy to transition to various team members.
      ● Responsible for all Oracle ERP RICE (Report, Interfaces, Conversion and Extensions) support/development.
      ● Monitor EDI and troubleshoot issues with Oracle EDI/GIS if any.
      ● Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
      ● Understand that application ownership means all aspects of the application
      ● Effectively coordinate with project team members and client personnel with an ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time

      ● Solid relationship management and performance management skills.

      1. Ability to work autonomously
      ● Manage the processing of incoming requests to the (ERP) via both telephone and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution.
      ● Analyze performance of (ERP) activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future issues.
      ● Ability to lead and independently execute certain activities such as Configurations, develop Functional test scenarios, perform functional and regression testing, assist with UAT and record results


      II. EXPERIENCES AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED or DESIRED
      ● A self motivated person with high drive and result oriented approach
      ● Responsible for providing functional / technical expertise and for providing solutions in a highly customized Oracle Applications environment
      ● Effectively coordinate with project team members and client personnel with an ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
      ● Ability to lead and independently execute certain activities such as Configurations, develop Functional test scenarios, perform functional and regression testing, assist with UAT and record results
      ● Demonstrated progressive experience in the management of an ERP support team.
      ● Ability to adapt to change.
      ● Must have detailed experience in the following ERP (11.5.10.2/R12) modules:
      ○ General Ledger (GL),
      ○ Purchasing (iProcurement, PO, iSupplier),
      ○ Accounts Payables (AP),
      ○ Fixed Assets (FA),
      ○ Labor Distribution (LD)
      ○ Inventory (INV)
      ○ EDI Gateway (Specifically 850,855,856,810 & 832 transactions)
      ○ System Administration
      ○ Oracle Reports
      ○ Oracle Forms
      ○ Oracle Workflow
      ○ AME
      ○ Oracle Discoverer

      ● Must have experience in integrating ERP application with third party software (e.g. Highjump, Covus etc)
      ● Must have demonstrated examples of providing Root Cause Analysis.
      ● Understanding and support of Discoverer and Workflow is Preferred.
      ● Ability to write clear and detailed designs and guide / mentor / monitor development work
      ● Well versed with AIM documentation templates and standards
      ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      ● Ability to work in big teams, take ownership and drive tasks to completion
