My client is seeking SALES FORCE DEVELOPER the pay is $70.00 AN HOUR

We seek a talented Salesforce.com developer to join a strong technology team on CRM development projects. The candidate will be hired to provide cutting edge solutions to clients across industries. The candidate will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other development team members in support of the development efforts.

Essential Functions
- Works with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications, and creates design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of a CRM system
- Capable of recommending alternate choices, trade-offs, and impact analysis
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service and/or cloud-based concepts
- Solid understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com, APEX, and Visualforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services
- Ability to learn new information quickly
- Skilled with data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems
- Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead a small team of developers
- Ability to follow an agile or iterative software development methodology
- Experience with one or more version control tools
- Experience packaging and promoting code between environments
- Excellent unit testing abilities with strong attention to detail
- Salesforce.com Certified Developer a plus
- Experience with an integration tool such as Cast Iron is a plus but not required

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
- Eight or more years experience in the IT field demonstrating progressive levels of technical competence and responsibility
- 3+ years experience developing in a Salesforce.com environment
