Senior PeopleSoft Programmer - HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration and Payroll Interface

The Senior PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst is responsible for application design, analysis, development and integration related to the following PeopleSoft 9.1 core modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration and Payroll Interface. These tasks include development of PeopleSoft customizations utilizing PeopleTools 8.51, Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR’s, Component Interface objects, workflow and familiarity with the PeopleSoft Self Service modules: eProfile, eBenefits and eDevelopment.
The Senior PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst will be accountable for delivering quality work in a timely and efficient manner and will perform multiple functions, including but not limited to the resolution of production problems. He/she is responsible for conducting complex testing and analysis of all elements of application performance to identify technical problems and implement fixes.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years systems analysis and programming experience with the PeopleSoft HRMS package. Technical core competencies to include development with PeopleTools 8.51, Component Interfaces, SQR’s, Application Engine, PeopleCode, PS Queries, SQL, Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, Toad, PVCS, Unix and Windows XP. Must have understanding of project management processes and experience in full lifecycle development. Knowledge of Human Resource, Benefits and Legal Compliance concepts preferred. Any knowledge and experience with Java, J2EE, XML, HTML, WSDL, Weblogic, and JavaScript is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
