Experience with Ceridian or Source 500 is a plus.Manage team responsible for the maintenance and integrity of HRIS platforms and variable compensation plans for all US employeesDrive the integration of 400+ employees from merging entities into HCM, Payroll and Time and Attendance platforms- KPIs include first ever online Open Enrollment for the merging entity, improved automation of payroll processes, enhanced data integrity / reporting and seamless transition to benefits carriersImplement benefits strategy for newly merged companies including plan design, vendor selection and communication plan- KPIs include the transition to joint benefits providers and the implementation of electronic eligibility files- Leads the development, testing and application of electronic eligibility files for all Health and Welfare benefits carriersPartners with President of Global Sales, Sales Controlling and Vice President of Human Resources to design and develop Global Sales variable compensation planHR systems subject matter expert, master-user and liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance and IT with regards to HRIS operations
