6+ years of “hands-on” experience with the Oracle HRMS, can include 11i but minimum of 2 years with R12 (preferably with a combination of functional and technical experience).
Good understanding of Oracle HRMS security model.
Solid skills in all of the following modules are essential (Core HR, Employee and Manager Self Service, iRecruitment).
Solid experience and understanding of HRMS related tables and APIs.
