While WordPress, Social Media and CSS experience are big pluses, we are looking for smart people who can learn.Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional support around producing content, troubleshooting and enhancing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with:WordPress, HTML, and CSS;SEO, AdWords and SEM;and other digital tricks and tools.Build quality relationships with our clients.Required skills and experience:Demonstrated aptitude for customer service via phone, email and chat;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Experience with SEO, AdWords and SEM a big plus;Basic knowledge of HMTL and CSS languages;Working knowledge of Word Press helpful;Effectively work with peers in a team focused environment;Strong organizational, time management, problem solving skills;Reasonable commuting distance from Stamford, CT.Compensation is commensurate with experience.
