This is a quality entertainment hutch from Broyhill. The first picture below looks as if the top piece and bottom do not lie directly on top of each other equally. This is not the case. Both units fit perfectly together it is just that the ceiling where we have this stored is slightly slanted so we could not push them together any farther.
This is one total unit but it has two pieces - the hutch (top piece) holds the TV, VCR, DVD or other electronics. The bottom unit (base) is very large and can be used for storage or use for other electronics. Also included are pull out shelves for CD's. And the doors to the tv section slide in and disappear. There is a shelf for a VCR or DVD player above the tv area and a built in outlet strip to plug in your various devices. This unit is a beautiful stain wood. There is some slight wear and tear on this unit but it is still in excellent condition. Tons of storage in the bottoms of these units for games, DVD's, etc.
The exact measurements for both the hutch and the base appear in one of the pictures.
