Must go! I have a Mission-style solid pine wood frame futon with full-size mattress covered in tan colored microsuede cover. The sides of the futon have areas to hold magazines, catalogs, or the like. The futon is housed in smoke-free, pet-free, and clean home. There's very little wear and tear on item. I am asking for $100 CASH ONLY upon pick up. I will not hold an item, but will remove the posting once item is sold. I, also, the matching coffee and side table, if interested. Thanks for looking!
