We're currently looking for a Restaurant Kitchen Manager for one of our Long Island locations. Candidates should have:

- 2+ years of current Full Service Restaurant Management experience
- A stable job history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
- Ability to maintain high levels of food quality and hygiene
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and development of BOH hourly employees

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 + excellent benefits/bonus packages
