Requirements:
* 3+ years of current Upscale Casual Dining Sous Chef Experience
* High Volume Background; must have Sous chef experience at restaurants doing over $7 million in sales per year
* A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
* Strong Organizational Skills and Multi-Tasking Capabilities
* Experience building strong hourly BOH teams
* Ability to maintain high levels of Food Quality, Presentation, and Hygiene
* Culinary Degree Preferred
* Bi-lingual a plus (but not necessary)
