The SCTS Engineering Team is composed of both IT Plan & Build Silo’s and a consultative function serving as a Business and Internal Team Liaison function to reinforce consistent delivery of requests and engagement in the Operations & Demand Management Tiers. The Engineering Tier also has responsibility for 4 th Level Incident Management and Problem Management Support. Although this team's primary focus is in the Global Voice/Video/Data for Trader Services, there are ever growing elements of “White Glove”, R&D and Specialized Services for other areas of the Enterprise on a Global scale as well. This opening manages the Implementation (Build) Engineering Team and provides influential leadership and acts as a liaison to all business and technology partners in successful release planning for projects, initiatives and Work Requests. Collaborates with delivery managers, production support managers, application leads, project managers and project teams towards successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery and measurement of initiatives that are highly complex and strategic in nature for successful SCTS delivery. Provides matrix leadership to cross-functional teams to accomplish release planning initiatives, project tasks and goals. Evaluates current business environment to determining the most effective implementation strategy and plan for all planned Specialized Services Releases. Ensures appropriate impact to all release planning commitments across business operations, technology roadmap commitments and technology application teams. Builds communication plans, proactive monitoring tools updates and command center operations for release events. Collaborates with business partners, project managers, technology leads and Vendors to define plans for effective release implementation across all Specialized Services applications. Builds projects /goals, designs the appropriate change focused communications and identifies lessons learned to improve process model and/or timing/bundling for implementations. Assists in determining size, scope, impacts, risk, budget and strategy for initiatives that are corporate wide and have substantial impact to the bottom line; presenting for senior management review and Sign-off. Provides BRD consultation, requirements, tools, direction and oversight to business units performing their own solution preparation to ensure standards are met when support and Lower Tier Technology Groups cannot. May also be responsible to miscellaneous business administrative initiatives.
