We have an immediate opening for a Process System Services at our New York office.The ideal candidates are self-motivated, innovative, customer-focused, disciplined and skilled in planning and prioritizing. We require strong communication skills (oral and written) and problem solving skills, and must be highly effective/motivated to utilize computer technology.Job Accountabilities/Tasks:Identify and develop process improvement initiatives with management to create streamlined and more efficient processes.Monitor service levels to internal and external customers. Develop recommendations for increased service levels and escalate as required.Resolve local systems hardware and software problems. Follow up with users and keep records to build knowledge base. Provide necessary support to network set up with offsite technical support.Update regional hardware and software inventory in coordination with the North America corporate office and global headquarters.Monitor and report system outages including CISCO phone systems and applications, coordinate with the North America corporate office and global headquarters on test and migration of any changes.Organize, manage and implement system process enhancement requests as necessary.Maintain a system backup and disaster recovery plan per International Standards Organization (ISO) guideline.Conduct internal regulatory audits and take part in team audits. Audit regulatory and process control handling – identify loopholes and work with the applicable function to close the loophole by way of system automation process improvement or adjustment of access controls.Provide personal computer assistance to NYC and surrounding areas, in coordination with offsite technical support.Maintain computer room server backups and ensure completed on time.
