Apply today!Company Description Consumer Products CompanyJob Description The Global Recruitment Manager will: Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure that an accurate skills grid is created for each role. Once the skills grid is created, prepare an action plan for the role Consistently enforce disciplined recruitment process standards as reflected in process guidelines, ensuring all new positions and upgrades receive formal consistent approach as required Create and update position descriptions to reflect roles accurately Advise Hiring Managers on sourcing options and give them an assessment of direct, indirect and proactive sourcing strategies Partner with Generalists to determine if internal candidates are an option Proactively develop relationship with the internal candidate pool to identify future opportunities for current employees Provide HR and recruitment services as and to the extent requested for the business and provide HR assistance and support for the other HR staff Actively drive the growth and development of recruiter and HR coordinator and the overall recruitment function through effective management, coaching and utilization of emerging technology Frequently assess workload of recruiter and HR coordinator and determine if appropriate Required Skills 5+ years of previous Staffing experience in the Recruiting of entry-level exempt, salaried non-exempt and hourly candidates Bachelor's Degree in a related field Management / Supervisory background Solid interviewing, recruiting, and sourcing skills Knowledge of State and Federal Employment Laws, includes FSLA , ADA, EEO , and AAP Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
