Base salary is between $80,000 - $100,000 (DOE)The role of the Contracts Manager is to assist outside legal counsel in generating procurement documents for our clients. In addition, the Contracts Manager will assist in populating NDA's and other contract agreements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: Works with legal counsel and clients creating procurement documentation such as contracts, SOW's, and other client agreements. Act as the internal contact for all procurement and contract questions. Works with internal teams such as Sales, Accounting, and Implementation and provides information as it relates to contracts, SOW's and other working agreements among our client base across the whole organization. Assists in populating contract and NDA templates as well as SOW's. Assists in maintaining contract and NDA continuity across company's different regions, client base and project. Skills and experience: 5 plus years of experience in software or IT procurement. 5 plus years of experience in tracking and maintaining licensing agreements and procurement. Must be highly detailed orientated and extremely organized. Experience in tracking contracts and legal agreements across multiple entities. Ability to work and think independently. Individual must be organized, dependable and display initiative. Ability to multi-task and the ability to quickly transition as priorities change to meet demands. Must have effective written and verbal communication skills. B.S. degree in Accounting, MIS, or Supply Chain Management.
