Citi has made it a priority to foster a culture where the best people want to work, where individuals are promoted based on merit, where we value and demand respect for others and where opportunities to develop are widely available to all. • Management of Bank regulatory exams; including franchise relevant regulatory reviews and other supervisory activity impacting Citi businesses and control functions. • Liaise with the supervisory agency teams, including responding to ad hoc requests / inquiries and hosting meetings with senior managers held in connection with ongoing supervision efforts. • Partner with regional Regulatory Governance Units, local advisory Compliance teams, Business, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology to identify, gather and produce responsive documents and information. • Steward drafting of firm's Response Letters and coordinating involvement of relevant internal stakeholders such as Technology and Internal Audit on the development of Corrective Action Plans and associated target dates. • Support senior management in the proactive identification and escalation of issues raised in the course of regulatory exams and supervisory activity. • Promote awareness of trends identified during exam management activity and drive common messaging across our organization and geographies. • Participate in UAT testing and working groups on behalf of the Regulatory Governance Unit to enhance the firm's current regulatory tracking processes, standards and systems.QualificationsQualifications • 5 years of experience in banking compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services industry. • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential. Familiarity with SharePoint, IntraLinks, and/or web design will be helpful. • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills. • Significant knowledge and expertise of Compliance and AML regulations, risks and typologies. • Experience with and previous exposure to internal control functions and regulators within the US, and in particular banking regulators. • Experience with a regulatory body a plus. • An understanding of how to operate effectively across diverse businesses • Bachelor's Degree Required
