Hi Everyone! My name is Gabe and I am a 9 year old male Cairn Terrier with a very pretty wheaten (i.e. beige) coat. I have lived all my life with my brother and littermate, Bruno, who is also available for adoption. We get along great and it would be wonderful if we could stay together, but we can also be adopted separately. Until recently, we were the spoiled babies of a nice elderly couple. When they were no longer able to take care of us, they contacted Cairn Rescue USA. We have been in a foster home for a few weeks now. These people are not so nice. They say we are overweight and have had us both on a diet. We have lost a little weight but we still like to eat. I like to play with toys and have played a little with my foster brothers and sisters. I LOVE to ride in the car. I have learned the routine here and will go out when I am asked. I do not like to get my feet wet. I do a circus dog dance when I know I am going into my crate and am getting a treat. I like to be petted but I am not a petting pest. My favorite activity is to wash the feet of my people. I am looking for a home where I can enjoy my golden years. I Am Up To Date
Gabe is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm disease, is on monthly heartworm and flea preventatives and is microchipped. Where is Gabe Now?
