Shih Tzu - Rio - Medium - Young - Male - Dog
Rio is a 2 to 3 year old Shi tzu who was abandoned in a backyard with a Rotweiler and 5 cats. The owners decided to take the other dogs he owned and left them behind. As you can see from his before picture he was not taken care of and had severe matting issues around his face. No dog deserves this. The outcome is the after photo where he looks like a different dog. You can actually see that Purty face of his. Please consider fostering or adopting Rio. He really needs some new owners who will make sure he gets the best care he can get, but they need to be experienced owners. Rio would prefer to go to a home with no kids.
