Our company is looking for a receptionist who can also support the team in administrative duties. This person will act as the face of the company in greeting our clients and answering incoming calls. Strong communication skills and front office professional appearance is required.Duties include:- Answer calls, greet guests, keep front office neat and presentable. - Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages.- Order supplies as needed and call for repairs.- Support team in scheduling appointments, meetings.- Handle misc. requests and projects as needed.Experience:- College degree.- 1 year of previous administrative or receptionist work experience.- Excellent written and verbal skills.- Ability to multitask.- Strong computer skills in Microsoft office.
