Customer Service Representative/Account Manager position in Bohemia.
Salary: $40,000 plus bonus

~ 2-5 years of current product customer service experience
~ Current product customer serivce working for a manufacturer
~ Experience with processing high volume, complex orders
~ Solid employment history no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
~ Minimum 2 year college degree
~ Word, excel and SAP experience
Process all customer orders accurately within 24 hours.
Review all details of the order for accuracy and confirm pricing.
Review product availability utilizing all available resources and global warehouses.
If product is not available within requested timeline, explore product alternatives.
Send written order confirmation to customer including date of delivery.
Ongoing monitoring of open orders until order is fulfilled.
Reconfirm delivery if promise date changes.
Act as a liaison between customer and supply chain coordinator to meet delivery requests.
Process manual invoices when necessary.
Process requests for returns, credits, debits, and samples.
Manage special requests from Key Accounts.
Set up new customers in system, obtain credit, tax class, and work to establish credit limit request.
Process spare part quotations as needed.
Enter customer specific pricing in customer account.
Communicate sales & customer and order information to sales representatives.
Assist sales in achieving sales targets through various tasks as needed.
