The qualified candidate will be responsible for the management of the day to day activities for the performance measurement team. Supervision of, daily performance and reporting including composites and all yearly audit requests. Expertise in Client Reporting, Performance Measurement, Data Quality, Pricing and Transactional Operations. Ensuring production of accurate performance and benchmark data on a daily basis. There will be regular exposure to Bankers and Investment Counselors based in NAM and LATAM covering 20 offices in NAM Attending senior management and client meetings on an ad-hoc basis. Daily interaction with Relationship Managers, Fund Managers and Clients. Client-facing meetings and presentations. The candidate will have established quantitative skills with strong cognitive and problem solving capabilities and a proven track record in leading a group of data analysts by way of example in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The candidate will be expected to operate with an ownership mindset across the broader set of production and project deliverables within the overall program to better understand user needs and evolving business requirements. Diverse knowledge of the complete NAM product platform, technical & statistical analysis upon proprietary & third-party vehicles. Promoting the use and expertise of the department throughout the organization. Providing the means for a controlled environment to work efficiently. Identifying and coordinating resources for the delivery of specialized solutions in NAM. Continual strategic analysis of platforms and seeking optimum efficiency. Developing & negotiating long-term automated changes with business counterparts in the APAC and EMEA , as well as third-party vendors.Qualifications VP level, 10 -15 years financial services experience with a minimum of 10 years' experience in performance measurement required. Must have experience managing a performance measurement team. Private Bank or Asset Management Experience required with investment product knowledge. CFA or MBA required. Substantial experience in Private Banking/Wealth management. Strong analytical and strategic background in the financial services industry with technology experience; understanding of characteristics of cross-geographical data and normalization procedures. Relevant experience in operational risk management must be demonstrated with regard to investment and capital markets products. Broad understanding of Banking, Traditional, Alternative and Derivative Investment Products structural setups and attributes which are imperative to the accurate reporting of balances, transactions, classifications & taxonomies, investment performance measurement and portfolio statistics & analytics. Strong relationship management skills to build enduring and productive alliances across matrix organizations. Experience in partnering with a diverse team composed of staff and consultants located in multiple locations and time zones. Strong written and verbal communication skills - will have interaction with operations, technology, business managers and front-office sales staff. Required to have strong presentation skills. Moderate knowledge of GIPS required along with fundamental principles of calculations and methodologies across a broad asset base. Knowledge Attribution Equity and Fixed income required. Must be familiar with overall performance measurement "community" software providers, vendors and applications and general best practices.
