Verify and analyze CIM account performance data Verify, analyze and report CIM composites Work closely with Client Reporting and Operations teams when data issues arise Support the CIM Portfolio Manages and their teams on account and composite level performance questions Identify and escalate issues to senior management where appropriate Support ad hoc performance evaluation and reporting projects for CIM as needed. Qualifications 3 years' experience in the Performance and Attribution industry across multiple asset classes Expert knowledge in Time Weighted, Money Weighted (Internal Rate of Return), and asset weighted calculations Bachelor's degree required: Finance, Economics, or similar field preferred Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), critical thinking ability, overseeing and communicating complex concepts across the organization CFA or CIPM (or near completion of) is a plus
