What’s up? I’m Manning, a neutered black male cat. I’m a total sweetheart, and I love to be patted. Give me the chance, and I’ll wander out of my cage to go explore the surrounding area. I like walking around and seeing what everybody is up to, and going to visit other cats in the shelter. I like when people come to me to pet me- I’ll duck my head for you to scratch between my ears, but you’ll have to come to me!
