Event and Administration Intern (Midtown West)
THE LUXURY MARKETING COUNCIL - Event and Administration Intern
The right candidate must be well presented, very detail oriented, confident, and comfortable dealing with top executives on a regular basis. We're looking for a 'renaissance' person with great people skills and a genuine driving interest in learning about the luxury arena.
Event management duties include:
- Keeping track of RSVPs
- Assisting at events for heads of marketing and CEOs
- Generating copy
- Overall event management
Administrative duties include:
- Corresponding with members via email, phone, and sometimes postal mailings
- Member database management (on Salesforce)
- Updating news and event postings.
- Creation of new member logins and new member pages.
- Helping with management of Founder's & CEO's calendar as required.
