About the RoleLexisNexis Legal and Professional is seeking a Research/Data Analyst to assist the Global Customer Insights team in the development and ongoing management of a company-wide redesign of our global Net Promoter Score (NPS) program. The goal of the program is to increase employee visibility and understanding of NPS, and to foster a customer-centric culture within our global organization. The Research/Data Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high visibility initiative within LexisNexis and have a significant impact on our customer experience. As a Research/Data Analyst, you’ll assist in the execution of the NPS program, gather and transform data from multiple sources, ensure proper usage of survey methodologies, and create data-driven real-time reporting (using the research platform Confirmit). In this role, you’ll build strategic partnerships with key departments to ensure the successful execution of a customized reporting tool across 5 business units and 17 different countries. We’re looking for a candidate who knows how to ask the right questions and thinks critically about how data is obtained and utilized within an organization. Accountabilities• Assist in the visualization of customer and operational metrics to be included in enterprise-wide reporting• Build and maintain charts and graphics within the online reporting tool• Work with business partners to establish and maintain automated data-feeds for survey data files and other operational data• Responsible for documenting data requirements and maintaining data integrity• Review existing customer surveys with internal stakeholders and implement survey changes as needed• Manage employee inquiries around the NPS program – methodology questions, data concerns, survey & reporting requests, etc.• Modify HTML or JScript code to change visual elements of surveys and reportsQualifications• 2-5 years in customer insights/data analysis/market research/programming (preferred)• Experience with data visualization tools or techniques• Some experience with coding or scripting and logical operators, as many of our backend tools utilize HTML or JScript• Comfortable manipulating large data sets in Excel; VBA, SQL experience a plus• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Experience working with survey software a plus; we will provide training on the Confirmit platform• Experience with NPS (Net Promoter Score) a plus• Strong analytical ability• High attention to detail• Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
