This is a lovely high quality tall vintage mahogany wood breakfront china cabinet from the 1940s. It separates into two pieces for shipping. It has a beautiful flamed mahogany finish with a hint of red in it (a bit more than the photographs reveal yet subtle and varies with room lighting). The 4 lower door panels have a bit of inlay around the door frame design which adds to this item's elegance. It's character is completed by the beautiful hand blown glass door panes with wood trim. Internal incandescent lights in the top china cabinet are controlled by a switch in the lower right case. It has 9 glass shelves, 4 drawers for service, as well as 4 lower cabinets with doors. All drawers and doors open by the included key. All drawers are lined in black felt which are also in excellent condition.
This is truly a fantastic piece and worthy of our asking price. This was recently moved from an estate on Long Island. It has minimal mars and nicks for it's age and void of any major scratches which really makes this a prized piece. A few minor 'touch-ups' may be needed to bring this back to it's original condition. Dimensions are 88 1/2" Tall x 84" Wide x 18" Deep at the Breakfront center section. The height of the lower section is approx 32 3/8". Approx weight of both sections is 250 pounds.
