Rapid growing midtown company has an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to assist an executive and the office sales team. Will be responsible for handling all front desk responsibilities and some administrative duties for the office: maintain calendar, schedule appointments, travel arrangements and order office supplies. Must be articulate, pleasant and strong computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Bachelor’s degree and 3 + years of solid experience is required.
